Trade Association Affiliations

At the Accelerated Marketing Group we believe that being connected is very important. To that end either the firm or many of the officers of the firm have associated themselves with the following trade associations for the specific purpose of learning new cutting edge ideas in today's fast moving economy.

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS

URBAN LAND INSTITUTE

Founded in 1936, the Institute now has members in 95 countries worldwide, representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines working in private enterprise and public service. As the preeminent, multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI facilitates an open exchange of ideas, information, and experience among local, national, and international industry leaders and policy makers dedicated to creating better places.

NATIONAL AUCTIONEERS ASSOCIATION

Founded in 1949, the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) is the world's largest professional association dedicated to professional auctioneers. The NAA was built by auctioneers, for auctioneers. Headquartered in Overland Park, Kan., the NAA represents the interests of thousands of auctioneers in the U.S., Canada and across the world.

CALIFORNIA STATE AUCTIONEERS ASSOCIATION

The only 40+year old trade association in California serving the auction industries needs.

CCIM INSTITUTE

The CCIM movement began more than 40 years ago with commercial real estate practitioners who wanted to elevate their business practices through focused education and networking opportunities. Still today, education and networking remain the cornerstones of the CCIM designation and the reason for its success. The CCIM Institute confers the CCIM designation and is an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).

NADCO

The National Association of Development Companies (NADCO) is the trade association for the nation's Certified Development Companies (CDCs). Our members are non-profit organizations that have been certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide financing to small businesses through the Certified Development Company Economic Development Loan Program also known as the SBA 504 loan program.

NAGGL

NAGGL serves the needs and represent the interests of the small business lending community that utilizes SBA and other government guaranteed loan programs. NAGGL's leadership milestones began in 1984 and continue today.

AAHOA

The Asian American Hotel Owners Association "AAHOA" is THE voice of owners in the hospitality industry. Founded in 1989, AAHOA is now one of the fastest-growing organizations in the industry, with more than 10,000 members owning more than 20,000 hotels that total $128 billion in property value.

ICSC

Founded in 1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its 60,000 members in the U.S., Canada and more than 80 other countries include shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals as well as academics and public officials.

NAIOP

NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate. NAIOP provides unparalleled industry networking and education, and advocates for effective legislation on behalf of our members. NAIOP advances responsible, sustainable development that creates jobs and benefits the communities in which our members work and live.

FEA

The Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA) is the only national trade association organized to represent professionals who conduct like-kind exchanges under Internal Revenue Code 1031. Members include Qualified Intermediaries (QIs), their primary tax and legal counsel, and affiliated industries.
